Morgan Ashurst in partnership with Johnson Matthey, designed, engineered and constructed a state-of-the-art automotive catalyst production facility at the company’s main site in Royston, Hertfordshire in just 10 months.

The building comprises a 6,300 m2 production facility which was based around a substantial upgrade of an existing factory unit. 

The integrated Morgan Ashurst and Johnson Matthey project team combined their complementary skills and worked closely to complete the design, engineering, procurement and construction of the project within a fast track programme to meet market demands. Best value and delivery timescales were achieved by procuring key production components from all over the world.
