Wellington Employment Park

The project comprised the design and construction of offices and business accommodation at Wellington Employment Park South, a new business park to the north of Liverpool city centre.

Langtree and Morgan Ashurst are working on the new employment park with the Liverpool Land Development Company (LLDC), a regeneration company created in a joint initiative between Liverpool City Council, the Northwest Regional Development Agency and English Partnerships. The LLDC is responsible for implementing major physical and economic regeneration projects in four areas of Liverpool outside the city centre.
