This joint venture with Turner Estates Solutions is providing property management services at approximately 400 Ministry of Defence establishments in Scotland, ranging from major operational bases such as RAF Lossiemouth and Redford Barracks, to unmanned listening posts and weather masts.

The £125m Neptune Regeneration forms a major part of the contract providing the largest single-living accommodation facility for any military establishment in the UK.
