Project Red Rose

Morgan Ashurst is currently building an 8,293m², six-storey office development and separate research and development unit, covering 1,916m² with a further 1,440m² mezzanine floor.

The office building will be curved to provide an interesting frontage.  Both buildings will be clad in lightweight curtain window walling with sun shading to the south east and west elevations, ensuring they use energy efficiently. Car parking and landscaping work are also being carried out.

The project is due for completion in late 2008.
