As a new employee you will be able to register on the appropriate accredited professional scheme, supporting you to chartership of your relevant professional body, which could include the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

You will attend our structured Professional Skills Development Programme, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, designed to further develop your business and personal effectiveness skills. Safety, health and environmental training is given throughout, recognising the importance of this vital area of development.

Other training programmes are offered at appropriate times throughout your employment to support your career progression. We have programmes to support functional, technical, managerial and leadership roles.
