BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of the West of England. Richard completed his industrial training with Morgan Ashurst and was sponsored while studying at university.
Throughout his graduate training, Richard followed the company accredited RICS training programme, gaining full corporate RICS membership.
