“I was offered a placement between my first and second year before spending a year out with the company for my industrial training. I became a permanent member of Morgan Ashurst this year after finishing university.
“I am now part of the company accredited RICS graduate training scheme, with the company helping me to progress my development.
“I am working on the UCLH project, where I am a member of a seven-strong commercial team. I have been given plenty of responsibility and my workload is increasing all the time!
“I am aspiring to progress to a senior position within the commercial team, looking after, and being in control of the commercial aspects of multi-million pound projects.
